Warranty Coverage
For custom home construction and major remodeling projects by ADL Homes
This document warrants that should a defect in workmanship, related to the work completed by ADL Homes, occur within 10 years of the project, ADL Homes will complete repairs within the original project's scope of work at no charge to the customer. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, hail damage, wind damage, sun damage, intentional or accidental damage by any person, or acts of God that may or may not merit an insurance claim.
This warranty only applies to portions of the project in which ADL Homes fully replaced any existing products, and does not cover repairs or services done to another contractor's work. This warranty is void if repairs are performed by any contractor other than ADL Homes. Defects in the building materials used to complete work do not fall under the scope of this workmanship warranty; any building products installed will instead be covered by the product's original manufacturer warranty.
What's Covered
- Defects in workmanship related to ADL Homes' work
- Repairs completed at no charge to customer
- Custom home builds and major renovations by ADL Homes
- Work within original project scope
- 10 years from project completion date
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Hail, wind, or sun damage
- Intentional or accidental damage by any person
- Acts of God/Insurance claims
- Repairs or services done to another contractor's work
- Work performed by contractors other than ADL Homes
Additional Information
Product Warranties
Building materials and products installed during your project are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty, not this workmanship warranty. We use only high-quality materials from reputable manufacturers with strong warranty programs.
Full Replacement Only
This warranty applies only to portions of the project where ADL Homes fully replaced existing products. Partial repairs or modifications to existing work are not covered under this 10-year warranty.
Warranty Void Conditions
This warranty becomes void if any repairs or modifications are performed by contractors other than ADL Homes. We must be the sole contractor performing work on warranted areas to maintain coverage.
